Strong and Compact Panel Light for Home Use
I've been using this red light panel for over 30 days to help release the soreness on my wrists, back & joints (common issues for sitting too long and typing too much) with RIR mode at P4 brightness for 20 minutes daily. The results are noticeabl after 1st week usage! The design of this device is sleek & unique with thin panel, lightweight, & portable, specially for trip. One suggestion is to extend the power cord length. This panel is very helpful as an option for self-physical therapy to joint, wrist and back.

Sturdy, streamlined, a little heavy
This red light panel is pretty solid and quite a bit heavier than some others I’ve tried. It comes with protective glasses which is appreciated. The pop out easel stand on the back is made of metal which contributes to the overall weight but is very effective at keeping it stable. With the stand folded back the whole unit is pretty streamlined and would be easy to travel with if you can afford the weight. The stand is positioned so you can have the unit in portrait or landscape. It has a countdown timer so you can keep track of your time and mode and automatically shuts off at the end of the timed session. Since it only works while it is plugged in to a power source, I do wish the cord was longer.

Don’t waste your money for this.
I would give ZERO star for this product if I could. I sent an inquiry to this seller as to why this product only lasted 2 months. It was used only a couple times but this no longer works. The seller has never even acknowledged my inquiry. Save your money and use it at elsewhere.

red light for face
I’m really impressed with this red light therapy device! It’s compact, portable, and easy to use. The dual-chip technology with 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light provides a powerful combination for skin care. I’ve been using it for facial treatments, and I've noticed a visible improvement in my skin's texture and appearance. The built-in timer is a great feature, making it easy to keep track of treatment sessions. The stand is sturdy and adjustable, allowing me to position the light perfectly. It’s also versatile enough to use on other parts of the body for muscle recovery. Overall, this device is a great addition to my skincare routine, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for effective, at-home therapy.

Red Light Therapy
Received within hours. The item itself is as pictured and very lightweight. There is a rattling inside as if there is something loose. I can't determine what it is. The control panel, especially the power button is very touchy and the first two attempts to use this had it shutting off after 7 minutes but the timer was set for 15 minutes. I only gave 3 stars because of the rattling (sort of like a loose bolt rolling around) and the touchy, hard to turn on and off power button. Once on it worked nicely.

Bad Customer Support
I loved this light until my power cord broke and I needed to replace it. I tried contacting their support with absolutely no response. I have tried other cords I had around my house, but none of them will work. Super disappointed because the light seemed to work great.

Placebo effect or actual benefit?
I have used this a few times now and can say that it works as it should: turns on, has different modes, doesn't short out, doesn't catch fire and burn the house down.I can't say that it is a pain reliever or anything because that would be promising a cure and I can't do that according to review rules.I CAN say what I personally have observed and let you decide if it's a result of the light or a coincidence.I have used it when having nerve pain that resulted from a dog bite years ago and a knee repair surgery. I noticed relief from the pain happened after I used it. The warming feeling was subtle but after a few minutes, I could feel some relief. In the weeks that I have started using this - which I do about three times a week, when pain gets up there - I have noticed it takes less time for relief each time.I have an emotionally demanding job and am trying to do more preemptive self-care. This is part of that effort and I feel like it's working.I have also used it as a spa-like treatment. I take a hot bath and apply an oil treatment to my face and then let the light do some magic while I rest. It feels very soothing and I feel like the benefits of the oils are boosted by the light. It's easy to understand the instructions, so that wasn't a concern. It's compact and folds away easily into a drawer, which is very nice. You could probably fit this into a desk at work and use it during a break if your workplace is suitable.Follow directions and you should be fine.

Light Therapy
Easy to use and sits nicely on a table or counter. Comes with protective sunglasses, cord and more. Has a good amount of lights on the front and the light output is good. Has a bright almost infrared light that can be used as is or blinking. It's strong and works well as far as that's concerned. It's lightweight, is a nice size but is also light and portable. Has some therapeutic elements to it and may help depending on what you're looking for/issue you have. I'm not 100 percent certain it's a foolproof cure but it does have potential and properties that may help certain people though I'm still in the process of continuously using it. It's best to have repeated (numerous) sessions with it for maximum results. I'd give it a four or five for quality and light output and a four for the rest. Recommended if you're looking for something like this.
