Seem to work. They are quite large so need a fair bit of water to take them. My cholesterol has lowered.

Excellent product

I take these daily to keep down my cholesterol. They are effective and confirmed via blood test results, they're easy to swallow and cause no stomach issues. Decent price compared to Holland & Barrett. Worth trying if you're monitoring cholesterol naturally.

Good plant sterols. Easy to swallow (although the tablet itself is quite large).

I have taken 3 tablets every day for the past 90 days and my cholesterol dropped from 5.9 to 5.5 . Combined with a healthy diet and exercise I was expecting to drop further but down is down . I am not convinced they are as effective as described but in the long run they are better value than foods containing containing plant sterols !!

Good quality product. Seems to be making a difference. Will be buying again.

ich habe vor 4 wochen einen bluttest machen lassen und beine Colesterin Werte waren sehr hoch. Da die Statine nicht geholfen haben, die ich schon über ein Jahr genommen habe, mußte ich mir etwas anderes einfallen lassen und bin auf die Healthspan Phytosterole 800 mg gestoßen. Ich habe siew bestellt und ausprobiert ich hatte ja nichts zu verlieren und ich muß sagen,das sie zwar sehr groß sind aber ich habe sie ausprobiert und war jetzt wieder beim Arzt und habe nochmal einen Colesterientest machen lassen, und ich war sehr verwundert die Werte waren fast innerhalb der 4 Wochen fast auf dem Normalbereich vor allen dingender Triglycerin Wert war von 365 auf 175 runter gegangen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall die Kapseln wieder bestellen und weiter nehmen
