I naturally have low salt due to medication. I often feel fatigued, have difficulty concentrating especially working long shifts as a staff nurse. I do drink 80-120oz of water a day. After realizing I was depleting my salt, I purchased these. I chose this brand as it has less sugar than other brands. I would dilute the package in a cup of warm/hot water, whisked with an fork and instantly felt more alert.These packets are the same size as other brand name single serve packages. The mixture wast tart if I didn’t add at least 8oz of warm water.Odorless. Expensive, but worth the health benefits for busy individuals. Easily dissolved in water.all flavors were good. I have purchased this several times since, pink being my favorite flavor.

I’m not sure why on earth this doesn’t have five out of five stars from everyone who uses this kind of supplement. I have tried six different of the most popular brands you will see on Amazon and this one tastes the best by far! It’s not even close. And with only 5 cal per packet, it does not interrupt my extended fast that I do for 7 to 14 days. It tastes so good sometimes I question what’s in it but I researched each ingredient and they are organic and safe. Not to mention this one dissolves the best out of all of those brands too. It’s a 12/10 for. High quality, delicious and well worth the investment.

this in some cold spring water hits hard. i feel its a bit too sweet though

I feel hydrated throughout the day and it is a healthy, tasty drink.

I think every flavor tastes so good and refreshing. However, my mom thought it was thick and salty lol. So beware, it may not be for everyone. For me though, I enjoy the taste. My favorite is cherry pomegranate, soooo good. Has lots of good stuff in it too! Well worth it

I love the flavors in this variety pack . Good amount of hydration that I need every day . Only downside is it’s hard to get it to dissolve all the way sometimes .

Cheap salt hydration packets. Taste fine. Very small sized pouches make me think I’m having less sugar than liquid iv and I like them!
