The product was easy enough to install and link to Alexa. I purchased 3 of these to use in a ceiling fan lighting fixture. Unfortunately there was a lot of variation between the colors displayed on each bulb which was very noticeable due to their close proximity. I also had an issue where 2 of the 3 bulbs installed would not switch back to white when controlled with Alexa. Telling Alexa to change the lights to white would result in 1 moving to white and the other 2 to a pinkish color. They could be changed back to white using the Tuya app, but not the Alexa app.If you plan on using these light bulbs spread apart from each other then the color variation may not bother you, but it's noticeable when multiple bulbs are in close proximity.

I barely comment on Amazon but this is probably the worst smart light bulb I’ve ever had so I had to share my experience. Bought it when it was still $11.99 around a month ago. Saw good reviews on this bulb so I decided to try it out, along with two other smart bulbs from other sellers using Alexa so I can have comparison. But this bulb disappointed me. It took me almost two hours to pair successfully because the bulb either kept disconnecting after 5/10minutes or the app says can’t find the device. I had to constantly add device and pair it again. Noted I have one of the highest speed WiFi package with xfinity so there’s nothing wrong with my WIFI. And I tried it on different lamps with different bulbs, they all work except this one. Luckily after two hours of hard work it finally worked. However, over the past month, I at least had to pair it with the app again and again for 5times. It is very frustrating because it absolutely only brings inconvenience to my life, which was supposed to do the exact opposite. It’s even worse now since the bulb completely falls apart and separated into two parts after one month of use as shown in the picture. I’m so tired of this and would not recommend anybody to purchase this.

So far the lights have been great! Especially for under $15. Very easy to install, took less than five mins (already had the SmartLife app downloaded from another smart outlet). The app is easy to follow and also easy to pair with the alexa dot. No hub required so all you need is an alexa device which is awesome. I probably won’t use the different colors, but definitely will use the dimmable feature. Would recommend!

I am very pleased with this light bulb! And for the price it work very well! I have another bulb from another company (which cost more) and I have to say this one is way brighter. Has all the same features! The colors are bright and warm! It works😊 the connection is easy to pair and pair to Alexa. Shipping was 2 days which was fast! Whole family loves this 💡😍

We love having this smart light bulb. It works perfect with Alexa. I will try to add some more photos, but I will try to just describe it as well as possible. You tell Alexa to turn it off or on. You can adjust it from blazing bright at 100%, all the way down to a dim 1%. You can do the same with colors. The photo I have here is blue light, set to 1%. It can give a nice ambiance. We will probably slowly continue to add smart devices like this to our home. It was definitely worth it.

If you want a cheap smartbulb that works with Alexa, this is great. There could be more color options, and you have to install a separate app to make this work. The app isn't very good, but is passable, and isn't a big deal if you're mainly using Alexa to control.

I bought 2 and so far they have been awesome. With time change it is dark when I leave the house and dark when I get home so i put one the porch and gave it a schedule. The bedroom is very dark and can't see at all without a light. So put one in the lamp and used a dark blue color. So now I'm not fumbling for a lamp switch or blinded by a bright light, I just tell Alexa to turn on my lamp. I will be buying more.

Calibrated with Home easily through the SmartThings app, it has beautiful color quality and scene choices for whatever you need. It also has the ability to group and manipulate individual bulbs with a more articulate interface the home app allows for the lights itself.
