🚀 Elevate your smart space with next-gen presence sensing!
The Haozee WiFi Human Presence Sensor uses advanced 24 GHz millimeter wave radar technology to detect both micro and macro human movements, including breathing and heartbeat. It operates on a 2.4G WiFi network without the need for a hub, powered by USB 5V, and mounts easily on walls. With a detection range of up to 32 feet, it enables smart home automation and security by triggering devices and sending real-time alerts through the Tuya app.

Just Plain Awesome
This is an awesome device. I am completely impressed by it's function and the number of features available for what I paid. Shortly after installing it and exploring it's capabilities, I promptly ordered another. I expect to order one or possibly two more in the very near future. It's a great addition to the Smart Life app.

Fast Response & Integrates with every platform easily.
Home Assistant works PERFECTLY with this device... I really don't understand what the other review on here is complaining about for home assistant, everything shows up, and it reacts incredibly fast. It's also by far the most affordable option for this type of sensor. However, the ONLY downside with this... the USB PORT IS ON THE SIDE OF THE DEVICE so if you mount it on your wall you'll see a honkin usb cable awkwardly sticking out from it every time you look at it. Other than that one defect, it's amazing.

Works with Home Assistant, but.....
Yes, you can bring this into Home Assistant through the LocalTuya integration. Unfortunately, it does not run locally though. It does require the internet. Also, if you want to use this in HA, you have to manually bring everything (ie: sensors, switches and specific settings) through the integration manually. They don't just magically appear. It is randomly slow to detect no presence in the room (anywhere from 5-20 seconds). It is not consistent in doing so at all. In the app, it shows "cm" for many of the distances when it should be showing "mm" instead. Yes, it works, but the only reason I get sensors like this is because they can be integrated into HA and hopefully run locally. Seeing how this device cannot do that and often has a sluggish response time, I would just steer clear of it.

Fast response, good value
This responds much quicker to motion than the several PIR based motion sensors I have.. can't comment much on the ability to detect breathing yet, haven't had it long enough.

Not compatible with Google Home
Does not connect to Google Home. Does not show up in the device list

Not working as expected
I’ve been using a motion sensor and based on my research, a presence sensor should be more responsive. So far, I’ve found this to be less responsive, and does not detect presence as expected. I’ve attempted to tweak the settings, but I prefer something that works well out of the box, rather than having to spend so much time getting to work as well as my motion sensor. Likely will be returned.

Works with HomeAssistant!
Although this is a Tuya/WiFi device, you can get this to work with Home Assistant, via an of the Tuya integrations. I'm using the TuyaLocal integration, and configured it as a motion sensor. It worked perfectly well. Status is updated fast and works well has a presence sensor as well as a motion sensor. I have it in my garage - as there's plenty of times when I'm on my work bench without a whole lot of movement. I need this type of sensor to detect the presence instead of motion.Far detection, Near detection, and sensitivity are all exposed and adjustable in HomeAssistant. SmartLife/Tuya gives you some additional details, etc - but really none of that is needed.

Decent bit of kit
This is a decent little bit of IoT kit to pick up for your smart home, especially useful if you want things to toggle when entering/leaving a room. Despite having mmWave Radar it doesn't do position detection, just basic movement and motion detection. FAR more successfully than an old school PIR sensor, although it does have that as well on board.
