Ironwood Gourmet Rectangular Copenhagen Board, Acacia Wood

I need a new one but I’m not happy about this one.

This is a good, aesthetically pleasing cutting board which has a few minor flaws. One is that the board is a bit on the small / narrow side. The dimensions listed are accurate but this board is not quite big enough to handle large cutting jobs and it's a little too big and inconvenient for small jobs. I use it mostly as a serving board for charcuterie and as a backup board if the large board I use needs more space.The edges of the board are also tapered and rounded. While I think this looks good, it's not great for maximizing the surface area that can be used for cutting.The hole in the corner is a good idea if you have a hook or other such rack to hang it from.Overall, I don't regret buying it but would rather it was bigger (or smaller) and flatter. In my opinion, it's a "baby bear" board but I was looking for a "mama" and "papa".

I bought this for a new home, and had it less than 5 months. Now it is breaking among the glued wood panels for no apparent reason. It looks nice but for how little we have used it I would not recommend it at all. It does not hold up, we use this board very rarely, to preserve it, and hardly rinse it at all, so I don't understand how this could have happened.

I am in love with this Cutting Board. Unfortunately the color is very different than displayed. It is a lot lighter in reality and the color is the same throughout but it is beautiful.It is so beautiful that I haven't cut anything on it because I wanted to keep it looking the way it arrived. I just look at it and feel happy that I have such a piece of art in my kitchen. The size is just right for preparing cocktails, cutting up fruits, muddling some herbs and getting everything ready.

I just had to write a review: this board is SO BEAUTIFUL, the colors are very contrasting and there is even a bit of a luster within the wood! Not only that, it's also sturdy, sizeable, and comes with clear instructions to care for it. I was looking all over Amazon for a good board and a lot of the other ones had me worried or doubtful. I struck gold with this one. :) Super high quality and definitely recommend.

I originally bought this wooden cutting board and after the first wash it lost all its color. Nonetheless its held strong after all these months of use and I end up always using one side as my way of taking care of it. It has three boards sealed with some super strong glue. For this price it's what you'll get. However its a useful product and has held up to its promise.

Good for a selection of cheeses, just the right size. I am not using it as a cutting board but as a serving board. I would buy it again. Just the right size for appetizers or snacks for my book group or photography group.

This board is every bit as pretty as it looks but I could not give it a great rating because it does not sit perfectly flat on my granite counter, it wobbles ever so slightly but enough to make chopping things a little strange. I'll keep it but not entirely pleased. Am starting think from past purchases that perhaps Amazon is selling seconds?

great cutting board - does get cut up quite a bit - but I use the butcher block mineral oil recommended and it keeps it looking great
