I can't express how incredibly impressed I am with this device. I always assumed I did a thorough job cleaning, but ever since I started using the Bissell Steam Shot, I've realized just how much grime I was missing before. It works wonders in those hard-to-reach areas that often get neglected. The steam it releases is not only powerful but also scalding hot, making it highly effective at tackling stubborn stains and dirt.Its compact design makes it easy to handle, and it leaves surfaces not just clean, but also pleasantly fresh-smelling afterward. One of my favorite features is the exceptionally long cord, which allows for greater mobility while cleaning and lets me reach further into a room without any hassle. I truly love this gadget—it has transformed my cleaning routine!

This is a great item, gone are the days when tile grout was cleaned with bleach and a toothbrush, this steamer is perfect for the job. The steamer builds up power and steam really quickly and has very good capacity. The steamer has all the quality that you would expect from Bissell, and it comes with several different heads designed to help with a variety of uses. The steamer kept on going long after I didn't want to, and the grout came up looking great. What I really like about this steamer isn't immediately obvious, but it has a very very long cord that allows the steamer to be used in places like shower stalls and in spaces where no outlets are immediately to hand. Overall, this steam was an excellent buy!!

I wish I could give this product even more stars, I just told my husband this is the best product I’ve ever bought in all my adult years! My entire family is in a wedding this weekend and I wanted something to steam all the wrinkles and creases out of all our outfits and this steamer worked AMAZING!! I went with this one because we have other BISSELL products that we enjoy and this one is definitely the best yet! Super easy to use, comes with a bunch of different adjustments and very versatile! I’m excited to use this for cleaning as well, our bathroom with love it even more when I get around to cleaning the grout! The cord length is a huge bonus, super long and able to reach a long distance!! The only downside of the entire product is that it’s on the heavier side so when you have a bunch of clothes to steam at once like we did, it gets a little tiring on your wrists/fingers but I feel like typically I’d only have 1-2 items so shouldn’t be a huge issue!The picture is of half of the shirt steamed, this was only running the steamer along it one time, the wrinkles instantly came right out! 🙌🏼

If I could give this 3.5 stars, I would, but Amazon loves using entire stars for its ratings and I just couldn’t bring myself to give it four stars. I’ve never had any issues with Bissell products in the past so the brand (and the fact that it came with attachments) played a big role in why I went with this particular steamer.For the price I paid, though, I don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth with it. The squeegee attachment is the streakiest squeegee I have ever seen. I mean, the streaks it leaves make it not even worth it to use that attachment. The cloth attachment part absolutely sucks, too. Mine barely works like you’d think it would, it doesn’t clean well, and it’s TINY. I’ve basically had to just use the steam and the wipe the area I’m cleaning with a microfiber cloth.It also is a PAIN to refill. Aside from the fact that it only holds 6.something ounces of water (according to the cup it came with), you have to wait for it to cool down (seriously, the cap won’t even come off if it isn’t cool enough—which I guess can be good thing so you don’t get burned but after awhile, it’s also annoying), pour in the water, and then plug it back in and wait several more minutes for it to heat up again so you can use it.Overall, it did what I expected it to do but it’s not NEARLY as good as it should have been from Bissell and for the price I paid.

This is one of the best purchases ever it really did the job I am I was moving and needed to clean the apartment back to its original state. Amazing how quickly the steam cleaned up all the grease on the stove the food stains in the fridge I and even Worked on some stains on my carpet. This is an extremely effective machine and I think everyone should have one. My one complaint is that I have to hold the button down for the steam to come through and that can get uncomfortable if there was a way to just click it so that the button stays down and I don’t have to continue pressing it would’ve been best
