These gummies seem okay...they taste mostly & ever so slightly may be curbing my cravings. The issue I have is that the info about them are lacking. The description states that the country of origin is USA, but the product label merely states that it’s “formulated in the USA”, not WHERE they’re made. It also states that it’s distributed by Holistic MD & show no address other than just plain Los Angeles, CA & no website address. No manufacturer information. No info to back up the statement in pics of “Proven Effective”. No testing info, etc.They’re a little to new to Amazon & not very forthcoming about their claims, therefore, I will not be continuing with them or recommending them to others.

These chews taste great and provide some important nutrients that neurologically can help to decrease craving nicotine. They are effective in the fact that they will help on one's journey to quit nicotine but not a cure all. Great value for money and good size.

I got these in the hopes it would help in my effort to quit smoking, as it states that it contains ingredients that are shown to help... It did not, but I am often bored, zoned in on a task and forget how often I smoke. In all fairness I could not smoke and eat the gummies at the same time. They do however taste great and I had no problem eating the rather expensive gummies up in a few days.

Let me preface this by saying I got these for my cousin who was heading to the doctor to discuss quitting smoking and the doctor looked at the gummies and approved these for him, along with a prescription of Wellbutrin. Initially my cousin took two gummies on the morning of the first day before re-reading the instructions, which are take 1 in morning and 1 in afternoon. The two at one time gave him some side effects, sweaty fingers and forehead, light-headed, but did give him energy. It curbed the desire to smoke a ton, though! He has been taking as instructed for a week now and has reduced the amount he smokes significantly. The desire has lessened. These seem very promising and much safer than most other options.
