I do a lot of research before I buy anything. These gummies had the best and highest quality ingredients for the price. I loved the taste and the health benefits I felt right away. I highly recommend these! My absolute go to!

I switched from another brand to this one and noticed a huge difference in my sleep. The taste is not the best but in the end, who cares? It's not awful. I'm happy that it's working very well.

The taste is good initially, with a mild aftertaste. I prefer the gummy form over pills, and it does help with sleep.

this gummy isn't my favorite flavor (I got pineapple), it also isn't my favorite consistency (very soft), but I have already noticed the wonderful effects of this magnesium and definitely think the glycinate was the way to go for me. I do take it before brushing my teeth to go to bed and sleep seems more restful. I also use dead sea salt soaks to add additional magnesium in another form several times a week.

Taste is neutral. It’s slightly sweet not amazing but good. It’s easy to get extra magnesium into my kids and myself since it’s a gummy and easy to chew and doesn’t taste bad. I like that each gummy is a high dose of magnesium. It wasn’t too expensive for a great product!

These are amazing. I am perimenopausal and have been struggling with sleep for a long while. Gave these a go, and it's the best sleep I have had probably in my whole life. For me, the magic window is taking these 1.5 hours before bedtime, and I am out like a light. My boyfriend also struggles with sleep, and he loves them too. Now we will have to get twice as many as soon! haha!

These do NOT work. I have a 4 year old with an apparent genetic mutation that allows her to wake up at 6 AM, party all day without a nap and STILL takes 3 hours to fall asleep. We have tried so many brands, only one has proven to be quality and work on her at all. This isn't it. Also, the texture and flavor are horrid. I would 100% doubt the quality of their ingredients. Same as every other cheap brand.
