Love the concept, but not a great fit for a cupcake tin

This tart shell maker is very sturdy and so easy to use. It's the perfect size for making appetizers and mini pies. It's nice to be able to make shells myself instead of having to buy them at the store.

I am so exited to receive this tart shell maker. I have had my eye on this on another site and am happy to find it here. I al ordered the metal tart pan that is it's companion piece. I make mini pies often and one of the most tedious things is forming the pie dough in little pie pans. I love the scalloped edges that this set creates. Makes making mini pies so much easier, and they look great with the fluted edges. And another plus, is that the cutter part of the set can be used as a cookie cutter.
