This bedside two drawer chest is simple to assemble and comes with clear instructions together with an easy to follow video on the Amazon page if like me you prefer visual instructions.Its feels sturdy and solid with a nice capacity and a minimal simple look which would fit in well in a modern setting.The gloss fronts are very well finished and protected with film and everything lined up properly when my husband built it.The drawers slide smoothly and they are strong enough to hold a fair amount.In my opinion they are very fairly priced, available in a few colours and a great choice.I hope you find my review helpful.

on first unboxing the unassembled parts i was initial quite impressed when i saw the parts had plastic inserts for the screw in cam lock pins you find in pretty much all flat pack furniture which felt like a step above. especially at this price point. sadly as i got further into the build it seems other corners were cut which pretty much cancelled out the good points.the back panel is just a sheet of coated mdf but rather than slot it in or make a holding groove to make it sit flush it is just hand nailed onto the back where if you get the angle slightly off on the nail the very cheap mdf will flake away leaving an insightly brown blemish that stands out a mile.but the most disappointing thing was when i was almost finished and it came to the drawer fronts which are basically one of the last parts you assemble. the glossy veneer on the front is ruined by what appears a clear plastic edging put over the raw sides of the panel that is poorly cut and has a rough cloudy white edge that does not sit flush with the panel and looks awful. in pretty much the most prominent place in the whole piece. it just ruins any aesthetic look it might have had.i'm using mine tucked away under a desk in my private home office so no one will ever see it but in any other scenario i'd be sending it to the tip instead of putting it on display in our house.

I wasn't expecting much from a side table at this price, but the Vida Designs Glinton has surprised me. It's got that clean, modern vibe that suits my bedroom without looking too fussy.The drawers are bigger than I expected! I've really tidied up my room, especially with little bits and bobs that I didn't know where to put before.Setting it up was a breeze - the instructions were clear and easy to follow.The finish is glossy and pops, although there were a few marks on the panels when it arrived, which was slightly disappointing. Still, for the price and the style, I'm happy with it.

Taking into account the price of £36.99 this is OK.The high gloss fronts come protected with a peel off film, as you can see in one of the images it does not cover the entire surface. The other two images show flaws in the edges. Before you think that those flaws are the edge of the protective cover they are not, the flaws are on the high gloss surface.Once assembled you can not see the flaws if the draws are closed. There are other minor marks and scratches mostly on hidden surfaces. The top and the fronts are "fingerprint magnets"Assembly was easy, the instructions are adequate although would have been better if they had been bigger as some detail needs to be studied closely. I was pleased that all the screws are easily accessible with a screwdriver and with my chunky electronic driver. I was also pleased that all the screws, nails ETC have extras included.The video on the advert shows construction fairly well if in a shortened edited way.Apart from the marks and flaws quality is what you would expect, the thin draw bottom is well supported and the draws run smoothly. I also think it looks good.On its own as a standalone item it is OK but it but not premium.
