I’ve shopped around and tried others which were much more expensive. I gave this a try and it didn’t disappoint. I strongly recommend taking it with food. Either breakfast or lunch. Monitor your hunger spikes and take it beforehand with a meal. It regulate bloods sugar and you don’t need to get a snack after you’ve eaten. I take it midmoring with a late post workout meal and it works wonders (I usually need to have more food soon as I finish eating! It doesn’t taste of anything and it’s easy to swollow.

This is brilliant.. I have a real problem with sugar biscuits / sweets / after I’ve eaten or at night .. I’ve been taking this before I eat & it takes away that drop so you don’t wanna eat sweet stuff & curbs appetite too .. helped me massively moving into fasting & I’ve lost 9lb in 10 days gives you a little feeling of energy too ? I’ve noticed but defo will be getting this again. Also read up and says to cycle it as the body can get used to it .. but it has so many good benifits .. clears bad bacteria in the gut / lowers blood pressure & ultimately sorts out ya insulin the one that stops u losing weight.. but take it to much and it will kill off the good bacteria too so best to cycle it 🙌🏾 .. not a doctor just stayed up one night and read everything on it 😳😂

Good Berberine with a high mg level and no nasty additives.

Bit of back info I’ve dieted for 40 years I’m 55 somethings worked so not but I’ve never been able to quit sugar, so I started taking berberine and I thought this was another thing that wouldn’t work and I thought I was right until I realised that my food noise for sugar had gone and I no longer craved it. It did take a few days and I took one with meals I have lost a little weight but I’m over the moon just to not have that incessant sugar craving.

I think the amount of capsules in the bottle was correct but I managed to find three empty capsules with nothing in them.

Meet my expectations

Not as effective as my previous brand. Also, taking 2 at a time is causing nausea and quesy feeling in my stomach. May return and go back to my original brand.
