... used this tablet for 6 months now and am amazed at its performance
I have used this tablet for 6 months now and am amazed at its performance. I use it to display music when playing my keyboard, for films, for general browsing and a number of different apps. For the money its the best tablet available in its size. There may be technical limitations but I can only say again that I have found it great for all of my needs.

Rubbish: can't use your external sdxc card, glitches and sluggish as hell
For a tablet with only 16GB internal storage it seems a bit odd that the external sd card should be limited to 32GB, especially as the specs claim that the tablet is compatible with not just SDHC but also SDXC which as I understand it is precisely so that an SD card can be much larger than the SDHC cards. I would expect the external limit to be 128GB but would have considered 64GB adequate. To add insult, I tried two SDXC cards. The Trekstor Surftab Theatre 13.3 insisted on formatting the cards. I first tried a 128GB card but found that although every indication was that the formatting was successful, neither the preinstalled File Manager or ES PRO File Explorer could detect the external SDXC card. I tried again with a 64GB SDXC card but only achieved the same results as with the 128GB card. The screen is glitching a lot (apparently there is a way to stop this via Dev Tools but as I have been unable to locate this mythical option I cannot) and I will have times when this interferes with the use of the tablet, stopping me from doing what I am trying to do, making the screen unresponsive. This happens frequently as in the last hour, it has stopped me switching between apps, to the point it actually closed the app I was trying to switch to. It has interfered with my ability to select the link I wanted from a list presented in Google on my browser, the same browser I have used on a variety of android devices and android OS versions with no problems. The device is also very sluggish, like it is underpowered and forced to use far less RAM than it needs to function efficiently. Quite pathetic as android is not a new OS anymore and the devs could and should really test the speed of their tablets.Compared with my CUBOT MAX, 16GB internal storage and 2GB RAM, will take a 128GB SDXC no problem. Does not glitch and interfere with my use of the device and it's a hell of a lot faster. The only benefit of the Trekstor SurfTab Theatre 13.3 is the generous screen size. Why 2 stars instead of 1? My first experience of their tech team when I had a query about a system app that appeared to be a trojan as far as my antivirus was concerned were quick to resolve the issue and reassure me. They are also why I am not giving up on my tablet just yet but we will see in the next few days how things either improve or don't.
