One a day will keep you clear of the dreaded herpes...I don't know why they don't proclaim this from the rooftops! Much better than plastering cream all over your lips, and it's preventative, so it keeps you free and feeling good. Also stay away from peanuts/peanut butter, as they're full of L-argenine which fuels the herpes virus.

I'm sure it will work but surely it can be made smaller. I feel I can't leave my wife's side when she takes it just incase she chokes.

Never had a cold sore for 2yrs since I’ve been taking these tablets, I used to get them all the time . Would highly recommend them

I only got these a few days ago so I cannot speak as to whether they work well for the lysine itself, but I can tell you that these have a very tacky, weird surface that I hate touching. I have tactile issues, so it certainly could be me. But I hate touching them. I don't know if I got a weird batch, or they're always like this, but I hate touching them, and will not be repurchasing them.

Lysine is great for cold-sores & blisters , up the dose if you like from 1 tablet 1-5 times a day , i suffered 3-4 times a year with unsightly blisters & lysine completely wiped it out , just taking a maintenance dose now of 1 tab. every 3-4 days , beware though the tab.s are large :)

I bought this supplement to prevent cold sores. I have just started to use it, so don’t know if it will work, but it was recommended to me. Arrived on time and well packaged.

These do work, but they’re difficult to swallow

Work a treat and there is a cut line so you can have half the dosage.
