Q: My Arnica gel smells a bit like mildew. Is it supposed to smell like that?

I new if had a smell but didn’t identify it as you stated, but I went back and sniffed it and it does have a slight mildewy smell. The smell disappears pretty quickly when you rub it in, I think it might just be the alcohol that is in it. Hope that helps. I know the Arnica gel will help a lot, I’ve been putting it on my broken foot and it really cuts the pain.

Q: Is this product gluten free?

Yes, there are no gluten containing ingredients in this product. Some education to others.....your body absorbs what you put on your skin, so though topical....it most definitely can effect people with celiac to put gluten containing ingredients on their skin.

Q: What is the difference between the gel formula and the cream formula?

I have never used the cream only the gel.

Q: Does the expiration date really mean not good after such date?

I am sure it is still good. If it is years past expiration date No! I would go ahead and use it.
