My 11 year old got this as a holiday gift. She was able to put it together with minimal assistance. It’s sturdy and cute!

The pieces fit together mostly without adjustment. I had to sand some of the tabs. The wood is strong and nothing broke during careful assembly. The colors are fantastic. This is not designed as strong bookends and the supplier makes that clear. I do have some books and file folders between them without any problem. This kit is worth building and was fun to pur together, Moderate difficulty.

I've built a number of Rolife 3D Puzzles, and they have all turned out great! I give most of them away a presents when they are complete. Always a big hit with the friends and family that get them.

I've done many many book nooks and wooden puzzles and over the course of doing so many I've started to spot differences and consistencies between the different brands and manufacturers and of these Rolife has always set themselves apart. The quality and cut of the pieces , the clarity of the instructions, the unique and well thought out designs all make this brand the best in class in my opinion. This puzzle was no different and the end product made for an awesome looking book end. I love trains and this split train concept was especially cool and fun to build for me , I will always recommend this brand.

This kit is absolutely adorable! Rolife always makes great DIY projects, and this one is such a fun twist—bookends instead of a traditional book nook. I’ve done a ton of these types of kits, and this one did not disappoint. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the vintage train design looks amazing once assembled. It’s a great project for older kids or for folks like me who just love putting these together. Overall, a really cool and unique craft that I had a great time making!

easy to take the pieces off and assemble. some minor pieces are colored on both sides but the interior parts of the cab and passenger car are not. when you look through the windows you see unstained/painted wood. overall looks nice from distance.
