Very poor.
Considering the cost, I was expecting far better. Started off fine, although you have to press harder than I would like to get it to deposit glue. Very quickly started snagging and the tape slipped off to the side of the roller, and then just stopped working altogether. Good that it can be refilled, but a waste of money because it just isn't good enough.

Good if and when it works
The adhesive itself is great, but I'm only getting half an inch or so at a time before the outer bottom tape layer reaches the very tip without being wound up and out of the way, bringing everything to a stop. Have to wind it up manually every few seconds which is extremely tedious and defeats the purpose entirely. I bought this to help my son glue homework into his workbooks. Both of us are disabled and this is harder than just using a glue stick.
