Very cute underskirt for a dress. The length is appropriate for my size 4T child. Skirt ends just below the knee. has two layers to provide a little more umph to your little ladies dress. I wish it would have been three or four layered as the material is not the traditional hard tulle. It it very soft.

I brought this for my 3 year old daughter who wears a 4T and it was a perfect fit. I'm not sure if she would have been able to wear it for another year. However, my reason for returning was it didn't add any volume to the dress. The intention of the petticoat is to make the skirt or dress have body and volume on the bottom but this did nothing.

I bought something like this a couple years ago off amazon and it was SO soft and my daughter just loves to wear it. She has outgrown it and I was looking to purchase something similar. When I read reviews I had hopes it was what we were looking for but it is SO scratchy and rough :(. I wouldn't expect myself to wear it, let alone a kid. I have been ill and discovered we missed the return by a day, boo.

This fity six year old pretty well the size was right for her. Because we had a high low dress she had to wear it a little higher up on her waist. It worked out perfectly for what we needed it for.

Great product. Fit as expected. I have a VERY tall 2 year old and this fit her perfectly. I'm using this with her Halloween costume this year, but I think I am going to get much more use out of it than that. It's not too stiff as to become a hindrance while sitting or in her car seat. Not scratchy at all either, which as we know when you have a toddler...can be a 'thing'.

Originally bought the size 4 and it was a tad snug, I exchanged it for the next size up. The seller had the new one to me before I actually sent back the other one. The petty coat is perfect and worth the easy price.

It ran small. It also really did not add poof and didn’t do what it was supposed to do. I had to run to the store and buy another last minute as this one did not so what was needed.

I was hoping this would give extra flare to my kid's dress but its disappointing. Returned the item.
