It’s working as intended, just plug and play. It fits the 2017 Lincoln MKC like a glove. And it is an upgrade from just the 2 standard USB’s to one USB-C and one standard USB. It’s still works with the Android and Apple CarPlay.

Perfect fit for my truck, I have a 2015 F150 Platinum and this was exactly the right size to replace my original usb hub. When doing the sync 3 upgrade this is a must for android auto or apple CarPlay, must buy harness adaptor for power side of the hub.

I have a 2016 ford edge and wasn’t able to get car play through ford, I found this usb hub since it had the type c charger and it works great so far! It was easy to install with the right tools and had no issue with it so far!

Didnt Work

This is definitely needed if your Sync 3 is outdated. I now have apple care play! Great buy!

The product is advertised to fit Ford F-150 models from 2015-2019, but it's too wide for my 2018 F-150. While I appreciate the USB-C upgrade potential, I shouldn't need to modify the product to make it fit when it's specifically listed as compatible with my vehicle. Consider updating the product description for accuracy.
