This does the job way better than the plastic bulbs. The mechanical pump makes all the difference. It’s easy to use. The settings are never too intense and using it left my ear feeling way cleaner than anything else that I’ve previously tried. I can’t believe how well this works. Every time I go to the doctor they make a comment about how my ears are filled with wax so I finally decided I’d have them clean them but they wanted twice what this device cost to do it. I paired this with some debrox ear drops and watched more wax than I thought possible drain from my ears in huge clumps. It took 3-4 cups of water before the wax really started to flow but then it was all coming. Very comfortable and easy to use also, 0 pain whatsoever. And folds up small for storage. Great device!

The device works wonderfully. Things to know - best results if you use some type of ear wax softener first. Put softener in ear wait 15 minutes, then use warm water in device. Battery life is great and barely uses anyper ear. You will need tofill water dispenser foreach ear. Start slow and work up to stronger settings if needed. Really helped the ear wax get dislodged.

Simple to use, a breeze to maintain, and extremely effective at what it does.I'm surprised at the flexibility in the spray settings. It can go from sensitive all the way to very powerful.It feels too powerful at the highest setting, but having spoken to my Doctor in the past so I know this is not a problem. A healthy ear can handle quite a bit of pressure and recover quickly enough.My problem has always been a buildup of wax that refuses to remove itself. This tool gets the job done very quickly and effectively. Greatly simplified my weekly routine!!Anyone who has wax buildup knows how disorienting this is. It's honestly a safety hazard.
