This is good acrylic but the sheets were quite small but that was my fault for not realizing what size they actually were. Good for small crafts.

I had a plan for a scroll saw project that said to use Blue Mirror Acrylic for the background. I found these 12"x12" sheets and cut them to size on my 8x10 project and it was fantastic. It gave the project depth and since the project was the Great Blue Heron, it was very appropriate. Since it came with two sheets, I'll have to make another project to use this on. I showed this during show and tell at our recent Scroll Saw meeting and I had a lot of inquires as to what it was and where to get them.

These gold mirror acrylic sheets look very nice and add a bright, reflective finish to DIY and craft projects. The surface is smooth and shiny, and once the protective film is removed, the gold color looks clean and polished for home décor or signage. They are lightweight and much easier to work with than real glass, which makes them safer and simpler to cut, glue, or mount for different projects. I have used them for decorative accents and they give a nice mirror effect without being too heavy. The main thing to be careful about is that the surface can scratch if it is not handled gently, so it is best to leave the protective film on until you are ready to use it. Overall, they are a great option for adding a mirror look to crafts and décor.

I needed to get me acrylic quickly for an order so I took a chance and ordered this lot because it would get here quicker than an order from my usual supplier. It arrived quickly. It was package with corner protectors to keep it from being chipped during shipping. It does have a plastic mask on the front that you need to peel off before cutting or engraving, and the colors are pretty, however there was no gold or silver in the slot, which was a bit of a disappointment. When I cut it, I got a lot of melting going on and it did not matter how I masked it or raised it up from my honeycomb it melted Around the edges, it melted with four layers of masking paper and laid upon sheets of damp paper towels melted with masking and held up above the bed. It melted with Donn soap as a mask, etc. there was no way I could cut a usable piece out of this acrylic.I wasted time and money and I’m very disappointed. If your hand cutting , this will be just fine for you if you are using it for or display it’s perfect but if you want to cut an ad with your GlowForge, this is not the acrylic to buy
