I tried this gel during a few long workouts and it has become my go to option for quick energy. Never tried any gel energies and currently training for a fitness competition. Tried these for the first time during a practice simulation; impressive! Slips easily into a pocket or sports bra. Easy to open and consume. Tastes just like if you were going to consume a spoonful of honey from the jar. No weird after taste, not gritty. Smooth. I thought it might make me gag but it did not. Sweet and easy to swallow. I took it before going onto the treadmill and found myself not running out of steam midway through my run. Gives that boost without jitteriness or crash. I plan on using these for my competition.

I run a couple marathons a year, these are the only gu's I've stuck with that help keep my energy up and I don't chock on while eating. Water is recommended when eating but not required like some gu's. The flavor is a lot like honey so if you like honey then I would recommend this energy gel.

They taste like straight up honey. The problem I have with these is how sharp the gel is which is a bit harsh on my mouth. It hasn't caused me any stomach discomfort or jitters. I use to for cycling and its pretty effective and easy to tear.

Love this stuff for its quality and energy boost to finish my MTB rides strong. You have to like honey to like this energy gel and since I love honey, I am a-ok it’s the taste.

I bought these for my soccer player who could use a little boost in the middle of the game. They taste good, much like honey, and are easy to open and zip. She didn't notice a significant change in energy but I'm sure it helped some. I'm happy with this produce.

These are great because they taste very similar to honey in comparison to some of the other flavors which taste artificial and processed. The gold is also easy on the stomach in my experience and with just the right size and nutrients to keep me going on runs. The ones without caffeine are my preference as well due to no jitteriness!

The texture is best when they're warmer as the cold makes them a bit thicker but still, easy to put down with a sip of water. I use these on long runs, short runs and on the go if I need a quick honey fix. I've found the to be effective in giving me the calories and the boost I need during my races.

Los use para un rally 24 horas. Son una maravilla te dan el boost de energía que necesitas y te quitan el hambre. Excelente para actividades físicas prolongadas y largos periodos sin dormir. Evitenlos pero si lo tienen que hacer esto ayuda un montón jaja.
