I bought this a month back, but just recently dropped this honey in water tank last night. This morning I took a picture of how hard water can be spotted on the tap. After this I cleaned it nicely. Second picture is the one that is taken after 6 hours. No spot at all. I can feel the texture of water being softer from before and even the clarity of water is exceptional. All the reviews so far is genuine and so is mine. I'm going to buying this again and again. It's doing the water. I hope this company creates water purifier for water tanks as well because of heavy metals involved. I'm loving this product

No use at all ,we have scaling issue . I’ve tested initially with just 30 liter can of water . I’ve found no difference at all . I’ve doubt in the starting itself but I thought may be it will work .But it disappoints . Amazon must look at this & not to support these products as we more relay on you rather those brands. But we end up losing lot of money for nothing despite being very frequent buyer. Plz look at this

The brand claims a 6-month lifetime, but it only worked for 45-60 days from the date of installation. After that, the same white scale formation appeared on the taps. Not worth for borewell water users.

honestly speaking i don't see much diffrence i mean i still see the white spot on the taps as a proof of salt water.

The media could not be loaded. The product does not do its main job- it does not soften water!I am making the claim after using the product and testing it after 1 month use doing a boiling test. I think the other reviews are paid or fake, and request the other users to share genuine proof if their product works. This is not a cheap product and this is disappointing!I bought a 2000Litre capacity softener and have only used it on my smaller 1000L tank until now. Ideally and logically, it should even work better in the smaller tank, and should not wear out in 1-2 months when its capacity is claimed to be much higher.In the boiling test I did (as suggested by the company instructions), the larger beaker on the right (deep beaker) contains softener water and the smaller (shallow beaker) on the left has hard-water from the borewell tap. You can see that both beakers contain heavy white scaling after boiling (white powder like residue, which are hard water salts).Video and photos are shared.The effects of hard water are still visible at home while using soap, on the skin and on appliances.I will complaint to the brand and see if they will refund my money or replace my product. Will keep you updated.The product is definitely well presented and packaged, the instructions are clear, quality looks nice, the installation is also simple. But all that does not matter if it cannot perform and change hard water!

This product changed my water quality to better and clear water in just few days of installation...great!!
