Not working cartridge error for new printer within one week
Bought this printer ok 16/10/25 and This error is showing now Either solve this issue or replace damaged printer or take it back and refund my payment it’s not working properly attached is invoice for your reference

Buy it but check for Company installation first without any additional cost.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this product because its bit cheaper than other brand. But any other brand if you buy they will provide free installation for the first time. But this brand is good., but the service in India is worst and they spoiling the brand reputation. When asked for installation they are asking 1500+GST. just to connect and install the driver. They have limited presence and there is no much of authorized and genuine service centres in India. Even if we buy 2500 rupees printer from other brand they provide services free even in remote locations. Xerox company should look into this and take care of their network in India to satisfy the customers. I have my printer still untouched and its been a month not in use.
