Overhyped and Underperforming - Disappointing Purchase
I had high expectations for the Dyson Wash G1, but this product falls short in many areas. It is bulky and incredibly heavy, making it difficult to maneuver, especially for longer cleaning sessions. The cleaning process itself is unnecessarily complicated, requiring three steps just to maintain the device. Unlike competitors like the Dreame H14, this does not have a dry function, which is a significant drawback for a premium product.On tiles, its performance is disappointing; it struggles to clean grout lines and doesn’t handle uneven surfaces well. The advertising makes it seem like a revolutionary cleaning device, but in reality, it is far from that. For the price, I expected much better functionality and user-friendliness.I will definitely replace this with the Dyson V15 Submarine—it seems like a far better choice! Not worth the investment—look elsewhere!
