I usually don’t notice any immediate effects from individual supplements, but this one seems to really increase my physical energy - more than liposomal glutathione, NAC, Nicotinamide Riboside, or molecular hydrogen, which are my other go-to’s for energy. Ill be honest. Im gonna take it for another month, but Im beginning to wonder if half the supplements I'm taking are doing anything. I spend a small fortune on supplements and even creatine that I put in my coffee everyday, they are saying, that caffeine negates any positive effects provided by creatine supplementation. I'm not one of those who can do a 5x a day regimen of supplements. If morning and before bed doesn't cut it, then I guess ill do without.
