I’m a person who likes to use natural vitamins versus synthetic drugs if I possibly can so when I read up on lowering my cholesterol with these vitamins I immediately purchased them I told my doctor about them and my cholesterol levels are lower than they have been in a while now. I’m not saying everyone should stop taking their cholesterol medication please don’t get me wrong, I’m saying what works for me. It’s a natural supplement and plant based. I use three capsules per day after breakfast and I have no issues with it at all.

I have taken this product for over five years combined with high potency Omega-3 capsules and it has kept my cholesterol levels down under the "high" limit all the time. I really recommend these. I take three of these with two Omega-3 capsules daily at breakfast. They've been working great for me. Good Luck!

OK, this does lower my Cholesterol numbers, but it also constipates me. So..... I take extra an fiber supplement and don't take full dose as directed on the label. I found a "happy" medium to work with. I have blood work next month, from there I may increase dose and see what happens.

I have been taking this plant sterol to help control my borderline high cholesterol for quite some time. I can't take perscription meds as they gave me horrible leg cramps which my dr said is dangerous. Tried this along with eating a healthy diet for cholesterol and it keeps my cholesterol at a level that is satisfies my Dr. No side affects.

I love this supplement. I started taking it earlier in 2025 for elevated cholesterol (I'm in my 50s and menopausal). I diligently used it with a sensible diet and my LDL lowered greatly to an essential normal and acceptable level. I will continue to use as maintenance.

While I normally purchase the MOST POPULAR brand of plant sterol cholesterol products which has always worked for me with no negative side effects, this one seemed like a much better deal. As I do with all supplements I start with 1/2 a dose with dinner. I never realized how much time I'd be spending in the bathroom that evening and it was uncontrollable. I wanted to be sure if this was what was causing the stomach upset so I didn't take it for a couple for a couple of days. My gastro issues disappeared. So I purposely played guinea pig two nights later and the exact symptoms once again returned. I'm quite convinced this supplement was the culprit. I did some research on titanium dioxide which is an additive used by the manufacturer and while it's legal per the FDA here in U.S., the European equivalent to the FDA says NO BUENO and have banned the additive. For me, MONEY NOT WELL SPENT.

All I can say is that people and conditions are different, but... I'm super excited to say that it works for me!! Here are my before and after test values (initially taken 11/4/2024 and retaken 5/2/2025) 1) Cholesterol- (70-200) Was 210 - now 172 2) LDL- (0-100) Was 152 - now 110 3) HDL - (over 40 is good) Was 46 - now 49 4) Non HDL cholesterol (0-130) Was 164 - now 123 My cholesterol values were a bit high in Nov 2024, so I told my Doctor I would try to change my diet before going on prescription medicine (I am about 5,10 was 174lbs). While I was doing my research on different food options, I came across Plant Sterols. I ended up trying this product because it has a good selection and strength of Sterols. On top of that, it's all natural. During the past 6 months I only slightly changed my diet (to see how well these would actually work) but continued to walk about 2 miles a day with the dogs. I also took the Sterols every evening after dinner. Now after 6 months my values are right where they should be and I'm at 158lbs. Very happy with this product and will continue to use it!

The product seems well made, but I didn’t realize it contains some ingredients pro inflamatorios. inflammatory for me. It may work for others, but it wasn’t the best choice for my needs. Make sure to review the label before buying.

These have been great for me - blood tests show my good cholesterol has greatly increased and LDL (bad cholesterol) has fallen moderately. My doctor is pleased with the results and I am not advised now to take statins. A good diet and plenty of these (3 per day) is enough. (older male with high serum cholesterol)

Good product at good price. Imported from USA but no delay or excessive charges and fully informed of delivery process and progress, - except for final stage of van delivery. Does not get 5 stars this time because the package was left in a public place above apartment mailboxes. The van driver did not trouble to press our doorbell.
