I was a bit low on my thyroid. Might be due to my no salt intake. I have switched to iodine salt, but might be too late. I take these pills to help supplement my thyroid support. No way for me to determine how much exactly it is contributing to my health improvement, but I am better now, than before taking this supplement. So I am not changing anything

I put off trying thymus in a capsule form now for nearly three years. Thymus last time I talked to someone fell under a category of meat called sweat meats and can be cooked like liver or chicken gizzards. About five years plus ago it started getting hard to find these less “desirable” meats even at some of the specialty meat shops. Since this thymus does use fillers the powder in the capsule has stayed nice and dry. On my recipe list is trying to pan fry some thymus balls from the capsules but I have yet to get a good recipe going. Having this product delivered was allot more convenient than the fruitless forty mile drive I completed before looking for specialty meats and the capsules looked allot more appealing to some than wet organic meat.
