I’ve really been enjoying this neck and shoulder massager. It does an excellent job at relieving tension, and I always feel noticeably more relaxed after using it. The design is comfortable, easy to position, and feels great after a long day at a desk or on my feet. The heat and kneading functions work together nicely, and the overall experience is soothing without being overwhelming. The straps make it simple to adjust where I want the pressure, and the massager fits naturally over my shoulders. There are a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience — it still delivers a satisfying, calming massage that I look forward to using. If you’re looking for an easy, at-home way to unwind and loosen up tight muscles, this is a great choice.

I'm dealing with some neck and shoulder stiffness due to long hours in front of computer. It's not severe enough to pay a visit to therapist or doctor. But I was looking for some easy and at-home remedy until I saw this massager, which addresses both neck and shoulder. After a few days using it, I feel my stiffness and tension dropped noticeably. I especially like the shoulder nodes - it gets really deeper pressure when I pull the arm straps tighter. I usually take 10-15 minutes session when I feel my neck or shoulder is sore, and I feel the muscle getting looser. The battery life is solid - I have been able to get several sessions on a single charge. Not dealing with cords is a big plus, I can use it more often in different settings - not stuck to an outlet. The overall build quality and material used are top-notch. I have sensitive skin and I had other massagers that gave me irritation. But I had no issue with this one. If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd add a couple of extra nodes in the center area. Maybe I have a smaller neck, the U-shaped nodes fit around my neck, so the massage pressure is mostly on the side of the neck. I think a node or two placed on the back of the neck will make it more effective. For me, this massager is perfect - for my neck/shoulder stress and mild pain, its shiatsu deep-tissue massage delivers good relief at home, worth every penny.

I had the expensive designer Brookstone massager, looks exactly the same only a little bigger and heavier, however after a couple years the battery for cordless charge stopped working and it was never the same. Everything great about the High-End brand massager, this massager has...only even better! Honestly happily surprised that for some a less expensive price, this one offers an even better massage because the battery, though not cordless like my previous one, is reliable and keeps it going. I use for my back scoliosis and for my stomach pains at night - this massager is honestly a lifesaver and I recommend anyone with IBS or back spinal pain to order! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't heat up as hot as brookstones (it does heat up just fine tho!) and because I wish the cord was longer. I would say I wish it was a cordless charge like the Brookstone one, but I learned the hard way that in the long run cordless doesn't last for high power and often used massagers. Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMEND, honestly!!

Love this neck and shoulder massager! In fact I am using it right now as I write this review lol. I already had something similar but it had to be plugged in so I bought this one since it doesn't need to be plugged into the wall which allows me to move around with it. Even on the lowest setting, this massager is really strong and the motor is very quiet. I love the added heat making the massage so relaxing. I've been using this every day after a long day of work and it's been great at loosening the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Am planning to order another one as a gift for my sister.

Holy **** this thing is awesome! I half expected it to be a crappy Chinese knockoff like 90% of the stuff on Amazon, and maybe it is a knockoff, but it's one of the good ones. For my budget, it's all I could afford, but it's actually very well built, and does exactly what I need. Hoping it'll help reduce the puffy face I deal with on occasion 👏

This item is great!! I have had a strain in my neck for about a week now. I used this neck massager with heat setting and my neck is feeling better already! I love that this neck massager is ACTUALLY CORDLESS. Others I’ve come across say they are, but end of being corded. The battery life is perfect. I get two to three uses out of it before I think of recharging. It comes with a storage bag which is nice and of good quality too!

This feels like a butterfly landed on my shoulder. It’s like a shadow is massaging my neck. I had high hopes, but I think it may work on a person with a larger neck- it’s like it’s not making much contact- it’s just like a toddler is massaging your neck. I can’t even feel the protruding parts that reach between the shoulder blades -even if I lie down with my weight on the contraption. You may like it if you are very sensitive to pressure and like very light touch. I want 500 pounds of pressure on the knots in my back so maybe it’s me, but I don’t even FEEL this. Ugh. The search continues.

I don't often write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled. I am extremely satisfied with this massager! The design and material used are top-notch, but most of all, it can give an AMAZING deep tissue massage, while allowing you to target the exact areas that need attention. I have suffered from chronic neck and back pain for years, and I am NEVER satisfied by most massagers, or people who tried to work out the knots in my muscles. But this machine really helps me target (and control the pressure myself) my most painful areas, and is able to provide relief. Today I woke up and for the first time in a while have not been thinking about my back pain. Two thumbs up!

I have suffered with a back bad, neck and shoulders due to car accidents and injuries for more than 20 years. I've seen countless chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, acupressure, Reiki, cupping, physiotherapists, etc, etc. As fantastic as these treatments are they really add up not to mention who has time for that when you work and are a full time MOM??? Within the first 15 minutes after using this massager I am relaxed, feel less pressure, less tight, and feel comfortable and soothed. The amount of pressure that it applies is perfect for me. It is really getting into those tight knots in my neck and back that have already delivered much needed comfort and alleviated soreness. I have a different brand of shiatsu back massager that initially felt good, but the aftermath of using it was so horrible the next day that it actually made me feel worse. This is perfect for eliminating really sore muscles and knots while delivering soothing comfort. The amount of heat that it imparts is soothing as well. I absolutely LOVE that the massaging nodes change direction while massaging. I go to bed with sore back and neck daily and can't sleep because of it. After using this I feel like a million bucks! I just don't have enough to say about this! Grateful for relief of pain in the comfort of my own home! Unsure? TRUST ME....GET THIS ONE!!!

This unit works as advertised to relieve neck and shoulder tension. After my first use I had the welcome pain that you receive after a good deep tissue massage. Subsequent uses have been very relaxing but the design makes it easier to add more pressure when you want it, even though it doesn't have a massage level button option. It doesn't get very warm with only one use so I have not used the cover that came with the device but it gets warmer with consecutive uses in a single sitting. Definitely recommend!

I suffer from chronic neck pain and tight knots, my husband got me this as a gift and I could not be happier! The massage is so amazing, I need a pretty intense massage to really work out the knots and neck and shoulder tightness and pulling the straps gives me the exact intensity I need and relives my muscle pain and headaches. It’s easy to use and without pulling the straps is a pretty gentle massage. The only thing I’d improve was I’d prefer the heat be able to go higher, I don’t feel much with the heat setting turned on.

This was a good massager and worked well. One day it just wouldn’t turn on and stopped working. I didn’t use much, maybe once every two weeks so not much value for the money with it breaking.
