UNSAVVY STUDENT'S GUIDE TO PERFECT USAGE

For a book called Grammar Smart, there are many dumb errors: Calling "skiing" a verb in the sentence I went skiing today, omitting many times that a pronoun can be the subject, stating that "there" is a pronoun, and indicating that a participial phrase that modifies the subject is part of the predicate are just a few. The good news is that an email address is provided for the reader to submit any "potential content errors." If enough knowledgeable people submit errors, maybe a 5th edition of this book will be savvy enough. Until then, caveat emptor!
