Heat keeps up with water flow, but it gets confused sometimes if you use too little water as the unit doesn’t know if to heat or to go into standby mode. Sometimes it overshoots the desired temp and goes into an error mode but resets automatically and figures it out. It does have an internal resettable breaker, which is a huge plus. I do recommend it, but you will need to regulate the incoming and outgoing water supply with val. Takes a little time to fine tune it, but once it’s going, it does exactly what you ask of it. It just overthinks a little bit.

It's amazing how far we have come, that you can buy a little thing like this and just have a hot shower in a few minutes. Easy to set up (watch the video in the product description). We got this for our ranch cabin which is little more than a bunk house for hunters. We connected it to the water and mounted it to a wall, and voila! Outdoor shower! Makes a world of difference in the accommodations.

Update: Stopped working after it was turned on 3 times. It is hooked up to a 40amp breaker, the 30amp recommended popped once. See video its just a cheap unit that fails quickly. Avoid. far so good. I am using it on a recirculation system so I can't judge it on its ability to supply continuous hot water on demand. It does heat the water and maintains its temp for my use. It hooks up very easily and looks good. I wouldn't expect this unit to supply much hot water as it's not very powerful but I don't think people are expecting that much out of this unit. In summary; Worked as expected and seems to be good quality. I always update if something goes wrong later. So if no update, it's Still awesome.

Excellent product. I installed the water heater in my new house located in the Philippines. I keep the setting at 107 degrees for a perfect shower.
