Night Serum That Truly Works: Firmer, Brighter Skin
I bought this Healthy Aging Remedy to use only at night, and I absolutely love it. It contains retinol, which helps slow down signs of aging and reduce pore appearance, and niacinamide, which helps fade post-acne spots. The texture is light, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin soft and refreshed. After a few weeks, my face looks firmer, more even, and naturally radiant. It’s gentle and perfect to include in a nighttime skincare routine. Definitely a must-have!

A gentle, yet effective retinol product!
Dr. Shah really ate with this serum! This is the only retinol product that I’ve used that doesn’t make me break out (the dreaded purge stage). Also, it leaves my skin glowy. It’s a super gentle, yet effective formula.

Shockingly Good—A True Hidden Gem
I’ve only used this product for a week so far, so my opinion might evolve over time—but I felt compelled to share my initial thoughts because of how unexpectedly impressive it has been. I’ll update this review if anything changes. What immediately stood out to me was the texture, the way it applies, and how it sits on the skin. I’ve tried a lot of skincare over the years—La Roche-Posay has always been my go-to brand overall—but the single best product I’d used was the $150 Alpharet Overnight Cream by Skinbetter Science. It had a rich, luxurious texture and gave me that unmistakable morning-after glow. Nothing else ever came close—until now. For just $34–38, Dr. Shah’s Remedy for Healthy Aging delivered that same overnight glow. In fact, for me, it even edged out Alpharet in a few ways. The texture, color, and overall feel are incredibly similar, but this one feels slightly more refined. If I were given this in a blind test, I would’ve easily guessed it cost over $100. It also has a very subtle, pleasant scent—not a fragrance, just the natural smell of the ingredients, much like Alpharet. And the next morning? That glow I hadn’t seen since my last bottle of Alpharet finished. Truly impressive.

Product good, Pump worthless
I have been using this for about 2 weeks and my skin looks great and feels great. The ingredients in this are a wonderful combination you rarely find in other products. The pump broke immediately when I untwisted the cap. I had to cut it open to get the white product bottle out of the clear plastic bottle and be able to get to the product. I had a pump for another product that can sit in the white Remedy bottle that is working, but it doesn't work great. Please change the pump to make this product as great on the outside as it is on the inside.

Great retinaldehyde product, great packaging
Amazing product! I use this p oduct on my neck and a little around my eyes (carefully) as they are too sensitive for my prescription Retinol-A. I like that this is Retinaldehyde and it only takes one step to convert to Retinol-A (vs Retinol which takes two steps). The retractable pump keeps things fresh and it’s easy to travel with. Great product for a for a great price.

Defective delivery system or container empty
Unfortunately, I never even got to try this serum. No matter how much I pumped the container, no serum came out. Not even a drop. The serum in the bottle I received had either dried out, I was sent an empty container, or the pump was defective. Needless to say, a huge disappointment. I will have to seriously consider whether I want to spend $40.00 again for something that literally may or may not deliver. Cheap packaging and questionable quality control. At least the pump should work. Will likely stick with other products in the future. At least with a bottle and dropper, I can see what I am getting. By the way, I like the two dermatologists who created these products. They have very informative UTube videos. But I could not even get to try their product once.
