Taste is good and price was right. I’ve only been taking these a week so it’s hard to say if there’s been a positive effect yet. I’m taking one in the morning and one in the evening before bed. It seems to be absorbing well. I’ve ordered 4 bottles so lots of time to see if Is helped.

They helped me relax at the end of the day and got a good nights sleep but I will not buy again for the simple fact that they are all stuck together and a pain to dig out. The flavor is fine but the texture is kinda off. Do something about the container and I would totally buy them again.

Not gummy... sticky!
These gummies came stuck together in one big lump. I could get the first few out but now the rest are stuck together and to the sides of the bottle. Waste of money. Going back to pill form.
