I actually enjoyed the taste. It worked ok for me.

Works awesome and love that it's not harsh on your stomach like all other laxatives are. It takes about10-12 hrs to kick in and I have had no stomach cramps/pain as I do when using laxatives. Definitely recommend on trying.

Es efectivo !! Pero a qué costo? Quizá fue mi imprudencia, en el empaque claramente decía iniciar con la mitad y yo creí que necesitaba uno entero porque necesitaba que hiciera efecto, ese día que llegó me lo comí al medio día y para la noche tuve muchos dolores de estómago, calambres demasiado dolorosos… no hizo efecto ese día sino al siguiente y al siguiente… es muy efectivo pero me da miedo volver a comer otro , quizá pruebe 1/4 para ver si no me genera malestar.

Start with a small amount of one and increase as you see fit. It lasted me 3 days. Everyone's system is different. I found them sweet and tasting like a fig. Make sure you always have toilet facilities around. These work perfect for my system. Just reordered a bigger bag.

Didn't work. Don't spend your money

I think it’s delicious but my family disagrees. One family member drank16 oz water after eating one but had severe upset stomach the next morning and couldn’t stop purging in the bathroom.

Fermented plum seemed culinarily interesting and the description did not clue in that this is apparently (from the reviews which I had no reason to read in advance) intended as a laxative. I unsuspectedly ate one ( there are only 3 and basically a shriveled skin with the pit for almost $15). It tasted ok, nothing I would eat again on purpose. The next day I was very sick from the “laxative.” I would not recommend this product for any purpose. You can buy OTC fiber for cheaper.
