This works wonders! I got this because i was having a bad case of chapped lips. Nothing seemed to work all of a sudden. This lip balm, glides on smoothly, made my lips feels so soft and not greasy like some lip glosses. It's wasn't sticky either, and didn't feel heavy like some other lip balms. It has a pleasant natural taste without being particularly flavored. I'm impressed with the quality and how quickly it reversed my dry lips. Hoping to continue using this for years to come.

I don’t make reviews often.. so that’s saying a lot by itself. This is the best chapstick I’ve ever used. It feels so rich and instantly makes my lips feel refreshed. The smell is subtle, and it doesn’t leave my lips feeling sticky.. it’s the most perfectly feeling of smoothness. I ordered 7 when they were priced $11 a piece.. that’s how much I love it. I cannot recommend this enough. I hope it comes back into stock.

I was looking for unscented lip balm with no flavor or color. This seemed like it could work. Until it arrived. I tried it despite having a definite aroma. It glided on nice but the smell transitioned into a taste that completely turned me off. Honestly, it could have absorbed something it was stored next to. Idk. But it was totally unpleasant for me. To the company’s credit they did give me a refund despite not being a returnable item. It was their choice to do so and I am very thankful to them, as the balm was not cheap. For this reason I bumped the stars up to four.

It's good, it has a slight berry or blueberry smell to it which I like a lot, it's smooth, doesn't feel like paste nor does it feel too oily it's a good healthy blend and a great look. Yes a little expensive just for one but it is name brand so you'll be paying more but Im happy with it

I had a monthly autoship for this because it was my favorite! However, the last two shipments have had different ingredients and the smell is not good.

This lip balm is my absolute favorite! It melts on smoothly and keeps my lips hydrated for hours. No more dry, chapped lips even in cold or windy weather. The formula feels lightweight but super nourishing, and it’s never sticky or greasy. I also love the subtle scent—it’s refreshing without being overpowering. It’s perfect to use anytime, whether before bed or on the go. Since I started using it, my lips have never felt better! Definitely a must-have for anyone wanting healthy, soft lips all year round.

The lip balm is very moisturizing but be aware that it has (to me) an unpleasant taste. It advertises that it is made of 100% shea butter and tastes as though I have put hand cream on my lips. The other concern I have is that there is no safety seal or wrapper on this item. It was placed loose in the box with my other items and you have to "trust" that no one has ever opened it. Upon close examination of the balm, it looked perfectly fine and unused, but if that makes you uneasy, you may want to reconsider this product. My intensive hand balm did not have a seal on it either and my research online suggests this may be standard packaging for the L'Occitane brand.

Huele demasiado bien , es suave y tiene ingredientes naturales en comparación con los balsamos de farmacia tiene una consistencia ligera le daría las 5 estrellas pero es una realidad que en la página de l'occitane esta mucho más barato yo decidí adquirirlo aquí por qué si solo pides una pieza por menor de los 1200 en la página de l'occitane te cobran un envío de 90 pesos por lo cual si solo quieres el bálsamo compralo aquí te saldra mucho más económico
