Firstly, despite the listing title, these are NOT capsules, they are tablets.They’re fairly large, although not as large as some - pic on hand for reference - and are lozenge shaped and coated, thankfully. I’m not sure what they’re coated with, but it makes them slightly slipperier to go down.Tablets are not my preference as they can be hard to swallow, but these ones actually go down relatively easier, one at a time.In terms of ‘contents’, they are, of course, mainly marine collagen, 1400mg, but with the addition of other useful bits n bobs.I like that there is 15mg zinc and 1mg copper (they should always go together) as it means I don’t have to add these in at bedtime, which I usually do.Hyaluronic acid is always a good addition to collagen supps, as it biotin for skin and hair.It’s nice to see iodine and Vit E in there, but the Vit C amount is negligible really.The ‘serving size’ is 2 tablets, which makes the 120 unit bottle a two month supply. I’d say they’re good value at that, for all the additional elements you’re getting in there, even just the addition of the zinc and copper.So far, so good with them, no bad bellies (collagen powders sometimes upset my stomach) so I’ll go for the two months and see if there are any hair/skin benefits that are noticeable.
