Im a big guy and its heavy duty. I bought for the look and obviously to pray it but it weighs something extra. Non the less i prayed with it and it is comfy. It is very gift-able and i wear this rosary on my neck sometimes and its not too big or heavy. But the material is solid stainless steel beads and not the light ones. Overrall i feel it that i got my moneys worth and i think all of you will enjoy this rosary. Its definitely something special!

I'm not catholic and bought this for my knights crusader ren fair costume and the quality is very good. I wear it as a necklace and im a large guy 5x and my head fits in it pretty easily. tho i know its not really intended as a necklace, just looks good on my outfit.
