The bag could have been bigger. But the quality was excellent I baked several pies with it. I recommend you store it in d freezer so the oils don’t go rancid on you cause it will unlike all purpose that stores well. A nutty taste to w the right amount of butter n you can tell d difference from all purpose flour

This flour is amazing. Love that it’s whole wheat and it makes very light, fluffy muffins and breads.

This flour works great as a lighter and milder tasting form of whole wheat flour but it still behaves as whole wheat flour in terms of having a higher tendency for being dense/less soft, albeit a bit less than darker whole wheat flour. It is important not to expect it will behave exactly like white flour. That having been said, it is a healthier alternative to white flour and worth trying out.

The flour was fresh and great for baking. I like the 32 oz bag because I don't use tons of whole wheat pastry flour, and this small bag stays fresh for a few months in an airtight container.

I use this along with regular flour for my tart shells, bot savory and sweet for an really crispy shell everytime.

Pie crust necessity in our house, delicious.

Great taste. Nice and fluffy texture. Organic and rises great. Threw away pkg and put it into a container. Used it all. My bad. 😞
