The media could not be loaded. This splitter is amazing! It allows me to easily connect multiple monitors to my computer, and the setup was super simple. Another edit:The company finally responded to my numerous emails about my issue and told me that the item was out of stock but that they would send me a “replacement that had been returned to Amazon and they couldn’t be sure of its status because they didn’t receive it, if I would send them my address . So I figured well it might work so why not at least they are offering something. I sent them my address and so far they have not sent me anything and it’s been almost 7 weeks now……again Ive been emailing because the phone number doesn’t work at all, and getting no response from them. I wish that I could take the 1 star away because they don’t deserve it at all. It worked great for a while but now the right monitor will just go black off and on for 10-15 seconds while it is being used. I have reached out to the seller and will see if they respond and cover it since it’s under the manufacturer warranty still. If they do then I will adjust my review……7 days have passed now and I have messaged the company twice now and still haven’t gotten any response back from them. Going to reach out to Amazon and see if they can help with the issue.Third edit: I contacted Amazon and was given a phone number to call to reach out to the company directly over the weekend. I had to wait until today to call and the number doesn’t work smh if I could give them no stars I would not acceptable at all.

I bought these monitors thinking it would help me when I travel and I have 3 monitors when I’m not traveling. First, the connection cords are not long enough, second, they seemed really bulky, not convenient. They took up a lot of room. And third, if you didn’t connect the right cord in the connection, no picture, but the instructions are not that helpful.All in all, when I got them setup, they felt bulky and uncomfortable. It would have been nice if both monitors rotated.
