The bags tear half the time while trying to open them. I wouldn’t repurchase

It’s the similar concept as having doggy poop bags. The bags come rolled up. Each bag can be teared from the roll to use. The bag feels to be good quality. It’s easy to open. The opening is where the tear is so you just rub them and it opens. I haven’t noticed any weird smell but with the used diapers it seems to contain them well. The bags hold the diaper well, and I just dispose them in the diaper trash bin but it provides the extra layer of protection withholding any stank. No problem using it.

I love that these are 100% compostable. Don’t need to add any more plastic trash to the environment! I don’t use these for diapers (don’t have a baby); but I do use them in other ways. They work great in my small desktop trash container. I also use them in the kitchen for ‘wet’ trash I don’t want leaking in my regular trash can. I keep several in my glove box of my car for emergencies that require disposal of messy/wet paper towels or tissues. I like that they are unscented especially for the ones on my desktop! I’m happy with them; my only issue is I wish they had handles to make tying them up, easier.

These bags are small but work perfectly for what they say. I tried using these for a small bin in my office too, but they are bit too small to fit in that. They can hold about 2 used diapers easily, and are strong enough to handle that much weight without any issues. They don't have a tying or locking mechanism, so I just spin them from the top and put them in my trash, and they do a decent job of containing the smell as much as possible. Considering that they are compostable, that's a great plus.

I've learned that lavender scented bags plus smelly diapers do not mix well and have in fact made things smelled worse. These bags do not have any added fragrances which I appreciate. They are strong and opaque, though the size is smaller than advertised (especially if you do not wrap the diapers up). We are between size 3 and size 4 diapers and i would say you would fit two used wet diapers if you wrapped it up tightly. Otherwise it would fit one soiled diaper that is unwrapped.
