I know people may be skeptics on grounding but we are made of electricity so the concept does make sense. A few months ago I had actually thought about grounding my bed with a wire to the ground, having the wire come down my second story balcony into the ground and somehow connecting the other end of the wire to aluminum foil that I can touch while sleeping. I was figuring out how to do this when I came across an ad for a grounding sheet. When I saw it was connected to the ground of the electrical system of the apartment, I was so happy because I realized, since the electrical system is grounded, then this grounding sheet must work to ground me during my sleep without having to go out of my way and open holes in the wall for the cable and having it dangle down my balcony and into the earth. Coincidentally, the last few months before I bought the grounding sheet I was tossing and turning the whole night, not feeling rested at all in the morning. I came across these grounding sheets/mats and I was very intrigued because I do believe in grounding. I bought the sheet (the slim one to put across the bed at my feet) at end of February 2024 and I've been sleeping on it for over 1 month. From the first night I started sleeping deeper and for the whole night. It has been a big difference. One night a couple of weeks back I was tossing and turning at night and when I woke up, I had kicked the sheet off the bed, so I realized my tossing and turning may have been due to not being grounded while sleeping. I bought some clips to clip the ends down so I don't kick the sheet off again and it's works to a point, just having to adjust the clipsoften is annoying. I will be purchasing a king size fitted grounding sheet soon for my bed to replace the small one I bought, this way I don't have those clips on my bed and can sleep without that issue. Then I'll use the smaller sheet to sit on while on the sofa watching TV or on my chair to work from home. I love these grounding sheets and have been happy with the results.

Seems a bit expensive for it's size but does work as described.

Not sure if we just got a faulty one, but it did nothing for us.

It took the inflammation out of my arthritic knees, reduced the swelling and I can now walk without using my braces. It is easy to wash and care for.
