I love how you can ride the electric bike like a regular bike no power, or if you feel a little lazy you can turn it on with just a push of a button and cruise slow to fast. And YES it does come with a BASKET but it came separately in a week or two. I Have not had any problems with it (: and it does cruise up to about 30 -32 mph. (: I tested it. It's great for going up steep hills. the frame work is great makes it easy to get on the bike. I like how you can get it in white but it would be better if it came in pink or purple, red, blue, yellow. if you decide to get this electric bike it is a great choice and fun to ride

SANTA MONICAThis is a good e bike, not fabulous but good value for the casual rider .Reasonably well made and well equipped , it will suit most riders . This is not an enthusiasts bike , nor commuter quality . Strictly recreational riding, with enough power for usual uphill gradesRemoved one star because of mis advertizing by Nacto. This is advertised as 1000w motor but it is plsinly marked on the motor hub 500w.If this is important to you to have a more poweful 1000watt motor , this bike is not for youAMAZON please note

Update 2: controller issue. Bike will not run. Basically be weary of purchase even with warranty, taking a long time to resolve!Update: resolution of issue. Recommend getting the WARRANTY from amazon. Love this bike, like I knew I would....... Error code E 10. not sure whats wrong. Everything went together smoothly, battery all charged and ready to go. Went to test ride and nothing. Not sure if its easy fix or not. Im sure once its running it will be great.Contacted seller, amzon, everyone under the sun. Waiting for someone to respond and correct.

I had it professionally assembled, at nearly 70 nothing is easy. The seat is nor comfortable for me, I wished I could have change it out from my other bike but didn't line up. I bought this because I could go places with my other but struggled to get back, bad knees. Wish the toddler worked by turning away from me rather than towards me. I accidentally turn it with out knowing it and unexpectedly accelerate.

I bought this bike 14 months ago. Had a little over 300 miles on it. It died. Needed a new controller and displayer. Ordered the part but they couldn’t be shipped to Canada. Set up an account in the US to receive. Drove 90 miles to receive. Took it to a reputable bike shop in Canada. They claimed it was the wrong part. Dealt with Custimer Service rep Angie. All went well till I said it was the wrong part. Angie directed me to a wonderful bike shop in Watertown, NY. A week ago I arrived at the bike shop with my Nakto part and they agreed it was the wrong controller. They tried calling California and as of writing they nor I have had any communication with Nakto. I would not recommend this company. I have asked for a return label and have not received one. The bike shop in Watertown NY has 3 other Nakto E- bikes awaiting parts. I would not ever buy another Nakto bike. Good luck if you already have one and now I have missed 1 month of biking. Yikes! Very disappointed customer.

There are few options for a smaller person. This is my second e-bike and this lacks some quality and features. Front brakes needed a ton of adjusting. Rear brake isn't great. Still haven't received the basket, they say it comes separately. After first charge and no riding, battery is only showing 4 of 5 battery power. Seems a bit expensive compared to my other ebike.

It is an aluminum frame, and seems like a very good quality bike. The basket is really cheap and we are not using it. You will have to figure out the assembly yourself... but it was not that bad. The motor is not powerful enough to pull you up a steep hill by itself but with your assist will work fine. Good battery life.

Pro's: bike is as described, easy to assemble, mounting holes for water bottle holders, bike rear racks upgrades are available.Cons: broken shifter, non-operative charger, loosely pack for shipping, fast deliveries.Notes: the cons might be from mishandling of the delivery carrier.Overall: good value for low budget ebike, well made, nice looking cruiser.
