My pelvic floor therapist recommended this balm, and I'm so glad she did. I was having issues with damaged, frequently-tearing skin at the opening of my you-know-what, and the tissue was very thin and unhealthy. I've been using this I think close to two months now, several times a week, and I swear to you the skin feels thicker and more supple beneath my fingertip. It also used to be painful to touch the area directly, which has improved remarkably. I've noticed that uncomfortable dryness I would sometimes get (a kind of unpleasant friction feeling) as I was going throughout my day is now totally gone. It remains to be seen if I've done enough by using this in conjunction with my therapy that my tearing issues will be remedied, but I'm hopeful. This balm is pricey, yes, but you only need a very small amount at a time. It liquefies almost immediately when you apply it, and spreads far. Very soft, neutral scent that doesn't feel unnecessarily overdone like a lot of feminine products attempt to do. This is a very high-quality product with great ingredients - can't recommend it enough!

This stuff works really well. Post menopause, extremely cold temps and lots of dry heat make for a terrible combination for women. The balm made all the difference in living through winter comfortably. It felt soothing as soon as I put it on. Definitely recommend

No weird smell, super moisturizing! Only complaint is that after 4 bottles, one of them did come damaged with glass shards in the cream.

Smells great not greasy

This works super well. I get really dry after my menstrual cycle, and after a day or so of use, I feel back to normal and comfortable. Plus, it’s all natural, so I don’t have to worry about infection or anything, since it’s so sensitive down there.
