The feel out of the package was wonderful. The quality of fabric and stitching was what I was hoping for. Any anxiety about how the sizing would fit my girlfriend disappeared as she held it up for the first time. Ill be looking for others come spring. Wish there were other styles we could choose from.

This skirt is made of a good quality fabric and is very attractive. It is cotton and best for spring, summer, and fall.

This skirt is super cute. basic no lining skirt. Be sure to read the sizing. I got an XXL which is only 37.5 inches and will fit on your upper waist. Its is 95% cotton and 5% spandex but with zero stretch to it. I hand washed it, hang dry because I was worried about shrinkage. Ironed well. Love the pockets. I wish it had elastic in the waist or actual spandex stretch to it, otherwise great.

I love these skirts sooooo much! I should have ordered a small though. Im just under 5’7 and 140-150 lbs( on the heavier side when I’m bloated from my period like in the picture). I have a crinoline skirt underneath to fill it out even more, but that’s not completely necessary. Just a personal choice. It falls just barely above my knees if I pull it slightly above my waist because my ribs fill out the extra or to them/slightly below if I pull it to my hips to fill it out. The underskirt makes it shorter on me than it would be without. Could be easily hemmed to make it even shorter though which I’m contemplating doing to some of them. I’m definitely going to have to put the work into ironing to keep the pleats but it’s so cute that it’s beyond worth it. I’ve ordered more of the colorful ones like the sunset/surfing one, the teal night sky looking one, and there’s many more I’m deciding between at the moment because there’s just so many cute and colorful patterns to choose from. I plan on getting the autumn one for the holiday because I’m so obsessed haha. The pockets are amazing(can fit my phone,but you do have to watch when you’re sitting down on the bigger/slippery objects. I’ve never loved a skirt so much. I’m done fangirling about these now haha. Update: I’ve bought a couple more designs in a size small which fits perfectly. So if you’re the 5’7 140-150 pound type or are in between a small and medium, go for small.

For reference I am 5’2” weigh 140 # 37/32/39 I purchased several of these simple skirts size large because number one they’re just cute and so easy to wear. The zipper was a bit difficult to pass over the seam of the waist band so I wondered if maybe I should have gone up a size so I ordered an XL in one just to see. Nope! It goes back. Too big. The material is like cotton. Not a stretchy material. I bought the tiny little skirt hooks to sew into the waistband to hold it together and this simplifies the zipping process altogether. The skirt falls just to the bottom of my knees and has a very flatttering look and hangs nicely. With a petticoat underneath to add fullness it really does look vintage or it can be worn with a straight slip or petty pants. Laundering: Machine wash cold . I hang to drip dry just because that’s what I do. I’m retired so I have more time to do that than I did when I was working full time and I generally can’t skip ironing. Not sure what would happen if I put one in the dryer on low. If I try this I’ll come back and tweak this review to include the results.

The style itself is cute, but unfortunately the fabric has so much cotton in it that you would have to carry a steamer with you at all times. I mean, every time you stand up from sitting you would have to steam it again. I do wish they would change the fabric content to something that can hold the pleats longer.

definitely order a size up, as the material has ZERO give and the back has an annoying little zipper. also, some colors have a stretch waistband while this one did not (which disappointed me when i found out through family members buying other colors) overall it is an okay skirt for the price, but be aware that the material is stiff, not all colors are the same design, and it runs small
