Although I purchased this a few weeks ago, it just occurred to me that it’s actually working miraculously. I’ve been in a state of grief and depression for about two years after losing family members and my cat. This has helped tremendously. I was crying every day for almost 2 years and I haven’t cried in almost 3 weeks. I definitely feel more calm and it’s helping with brain fog. This is a reputable brand that I have ordered from in the past. I will definitely be ordering more of this.

I have been using Gaia Herb products for many years and have always been happy with everything I have purchased. The emotional balance replaced another item I used to use from Gaia which was discontinued. The product I am referring to was called Serenity and it was a staple in my home and a go-to product when I was in a bad way. When I found out that it was discontinued, I called Gaia on the phone and they were so kind and compassionate about my disappointment but assured me that new products were on the horizon and I would be more than pleased about what was coming (In the meantime, I used there holy basil and kava). Boy were they right as the 3 additional formulas Gaia came out with made the Serenity look like a joke. The emotional balance (formally mood uplift), Calm ASAP, and Nootropic factor are simply incredible and work like a charm. The emotional balance needs to be taken daily for a period of time in order to see proper results but, the Calm ASAP is truly a 1:1 replacement for the serenity product. I literally only use it when I need it (if I am having an off day) and it works like a charm every time. One thing I will say about Gaia herbs is that they really do understand how people's lives are greatly improved by their formula and they take that seriously. If they discontinue something, be assured they will come out with something much better and they won't leave you hanging as there will be something in their line that will keep you until then. Thank you Gaia Herbs for making such great products.

This took around a week to work for me. It gives me energy, motivation, and optimism. It makes me feel like I can achieve any goal I set. It eliminated my irritability, tearfulness, and depression symptoms. I feel like me again. I honestly can't recommend this enough. I could cry happy tears in relief over how much better I feel now. This medicine has helped soooo much with my mood. I almost couldn’t believe it, I take it 3 times a day, I’m less stressed, even when I’ve gotten mad I don’t feel the stress on my back and shoulders like I usually would.
