For me this product works great. I lift more, have great energy, endurance during workouts. This product helps with my ED after back surgery. Helped my muscles heal faster after both surgery’s on by back. After workouts I feel soreness goes away faster. I was taking those gummy bears in the nitric oxide form. Those worked for me also. I tried this new pill brand to see how well they work. Like I said in the beginning this brand works great for me. For those that weren’t happy with this product I don’t know what to recommend for you. Everyone I’ve talked to that uses this product from the gym I go to are happy with the results. Really good quality for the price, I don't know exactly how much the L-Arginine adds to the nitric oxide boost, but I really enjoy the effects I would get from a higher end pump matrix supplement, which costs 2 or 3 times this, for what I get compared to this. This is a the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a solid pump for the gym, or just a ease on thos caffeine jitters some people get, this will help with preventing said jitters.
