Couldn't be happier with the results I've seen in three months. I've put on 7 pounds of pure muscle using nothing but these and amino.o energy ,Creatine and Whey Protein. Very good product for resistance training. They let you cut muscle and build muscle at an alarming rate

However the weight defined for each band is seriously misleading, even using all the bands it doesn't nearly compare to free weight. It takes significantly more reps to achieve the same desired outcome of failure (am example I'll use is chest). Several hundred reps as an example.

Got these for convenience and they are that. Wish the length was adjustable. Ankle strap needs 2 D rings to make it more secure - it pulls off if you dont put it in a precise position. but overall good value for the $$

These are great to take to the park, use in the house & sometimes I go out on my deck and workout & the bands get the job done. The price was great & there are several weights to choose from.

Great for stretching muscles and for therapy exercises, price is right.

Durability is unknown since I just got them. Too soft even with the 50 &40 lbs tubes together. I would not buy them again. I want to feel like I’ve had a good workout, not like I was just going through the motions!

I bought this so I could do my exercises when I travel. It's a compact kit and strong enough for the exercises I am doing.

I've gotten far more use out of them than I expected. Lots of different exercises to use them them for minimal price and storage space.
