This is thick highest quality ever, gobsmacked how good it is, I have about 5 paella pans

A good solid purchase
Delighted with this, ideal for 2/4 servings. Have used on induction hob and gas ring successfully and even achieved that sticky rice on the pan. Great value.

It is ok for the price
Good price, but base has warped after just 3 uses. Obviously this is a pain when using an induction hob.

Not bad
The paella pan us a decent size, however, having followed preparation instructions on 1st use I made a paella and the onions and rice were sticking. Had to keep an eye on it closely.

Enamel came off on first use
Seems like a lot of money to have a large patch of enamel in the middle of the pan flake off on the first use. Also, it was either already warped or became warped because it rocks on the hob. Disappointing.
