I immediately placed the order and voila my daughter is obsessed with this product and to be honest me too. The packaging is so cute and the lip balm is very hydrating and nourishing. Seal on the carton was damaged. Item inside was broken and contents contaminated. Unfortunately, I had crossed the refund window as I opened the package late. So I did not qualify for refund. Will be throwing this out. Inadequate quality checks on the part of the seller while preparing the order.
