I BOUGHT THIS BIKE A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND SINCE DAY 1 IT HAS HAD PROBLEMS. FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS I COULD NOT EVEN RIDE IT BECAUSE THE BATTERY AND CHARGER STOPPED WORKING. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER WARRANTY AND I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY 50 TIMES AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUE. IT TAKES THEM VERY LONG TO RESPOND AND WHEN I TRY CALLING NOBODY EVER ANSWERS. IT IS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. IM GOING TO SEND A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BOROUGH.

Buyer beware- I bought a bike from ACT Best. The bike was sent with incorrect parts. Weeks go by with no response. It took them a month and a letter from the fraud department at my credit card company for them to respond with a solution.

I bought this bike for my son, the day after Christmas. I was told it would not arrive until January 7th, 2025. Much to my surprise it arrived early afternoon, on January 2nd, 2025. The bike arrived needing very little assembly. The tools needed to complete the assembly, were included, which was nice. Once my son had assembled the bike, he was gone! He said the bike was a lot smoother ride than other E bikes, that he has ridden. He said that reaching top speed was fairly fast. His friend, who has an E bike of a different brand and a lot more expensive, said the Qlife is a lot better quality and smoother ride than the one he has. Both my son and his friend said my son's bike is an awesome value for the money. The charge on the battery lasts quite a bit longer than what was expected. If you are apprehensive about purchasing this bike, don't be. I was at first, but after doing quite a bit of comparison shopping, I am very glad, that I purchased the Qlife E bike. In conclusion, this bike is the best value for my money and the cherry on top, is the fact the shipping was faster than expected, as well as, totally FREE SHIPPING and a two year protection plan, is only $47.00. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

My son wanted an E bike for Christmas so that he could have easier transportation across town. He loves it although he’s learning that is not a dirtbike and he cannot jump speed bumps or ditches with it. Other than that it runs great on the road and the battery lasts for a very long time
